Red Rooster are ‘Agents of Change’.

We decided that we achieve so much more if we collaborate, than if we are on our own.

We decided to initiate a program aimed at 2 objectives:
1. To partner with ‘like minded’ company’s in our industry to give our clients a very ‘expertise’ focused offering whilst uplifting and mentoring SMMEs.

2. Identify and empower community based small businesses, individuals and start- ups, by sharing some of our work load and experience through mentorship, skills development and enterprise development.

Through Client funded CSI and ED programs we have seen multiple beneficiaries move through our program with only positive results.

Why join?

Many small and medium-sized agencies are at a disadvantage when dealing with larger agencies for a variety of reasons, including:
  • Our budgets for dazzling clients are always limited.
  • The number of in-house personnel & specialties is small.
  • Larger companies' vendor operation, cash flow, and payment terms

Being small or medium sized agencies, we are more flexible and agile when it comes to bespoke, creative and valuable delivery. Often the beautiful business principles that we run our agencies by are desired, but diluted, in larger corporation.

How it works:

  • The vetted lead agency accepts the brief and identifies components of the brief open for collaboration.
  • Agency partners are given the opportunity to pitch their component of the brief under the partnership initiative.
  • A percentage share of the management fee is agreed upon by all participating agencies.
  • The lead agency manages the communication between client and all partners.
  • Should one of the partners become a vetted agency through the introduction by the APP, a finders fee is agreed upon and the newly vetted agency is given permission to deal directly with the client
  • Guidelines on future partnership are discussed with each partner agency.
